Every time the content of the website is accessed, data is temporarily stored that possibly allow identification. The following data may be collected:

The temporary storage of the data is necessary for the course of a website visit necessary to enable delivery of the website. A further storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of the information technology systems. These purposes our legitimate interest in data processing.
The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website is hosted by an external service provider. The host receives the above-mentioned data as a processor.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. The log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days directly and only accessible to administrators. After that are only indirectly available via the reconstruction of backup tapes and are permanently deleted after a maximum of four months.

Therefore, they are not based on consent according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or on a contract according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, but are justified under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Therefore, the conditions of Article 20(1) of the GDPR are not met in this respect.
